SALT IS NOT THE PROBLEM!

Salt is not the problem!

The Problem is Sugar, refined carbs, lack of proper stress management and overeating.

That doesn't mean you should load your body with salt. Moderation is still key!

Like I said before,  if you have HBP, switch to pink himalayan salt and eliminate MSG Seasonings.

1 average large size of unripe plantain contains 250 calories.

The common thing between both is they have same calories.

So, please eat any one except people with high blood sugar levels.
